Webex has better security features compared to other solutions. However, other solutions like Zoom and Microsoft Teams are better at user-friendliness and user experience.

I have been doing some research on Robotic Process Automation, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath.

We have switched to using Zoom. Compared to Webex, Zoom is much more upgraded, but not as easy to use. The only thing about Webex is we didn't have any password features and all that, which we do have in Zoom. If you compare Webex and Zoom, both are good in their own rights. 

Zoom's installation was easy—I did it myself and it took probably five minutes. I use Zoom for personal purposes as well as in my company. My personal one is unlicensed and just for meetings that are 15-20 minutes long. My company's version was installed by them, so I'm not sure whether it's an enterprise or free version of a license. There are over 10,000 people in my organization who use Zoom. 

According to some articles I read in regards to Zoom, if I'm using it for personal purposes, it does take data. When I read the privacy policies and the terms and conditions, it takes all the data from your mobile or the laptop that you're using. So there is a threat, when you're using it for personal requirements, that it can take your data: the contact details, photos, even your bank details if you keep it on your mobile. So on a personal note, I won't use it. I have it installed, but only because of my organization's requirements. But if it's for a personal thing, no. 

Microsoft Teams and Zoom are better than Webex. Webex is pretty slow compared to Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Microsoft Teams is also a bit heavy and slow. I like Zoom. I feel more comfortable using Teams and Zoom. I have been using them for a long time.

I have also used Zoom, Skype for Business, and Teams. 

We did not evaluate other options.

We did try Zoom, however, you could only use it for 40 minutes, and that wasn't enough time for us.

I feel the solution to be stable and they are constantly improving on it. It is probably the best in the market for its kind. I have often heard anecdotally from those using Microsoft Teams that Webex has many features which it lacks. 

There is also Zoom, which people like, supposedly for its ease of use. Initially, there were many issues with it, not least of all that the database is housed in China. Yet, I feel they have since gotten passed these, as they experienced growing pains during the pandemic, when usage spiked. They started to offer the solution free of charge. 

I don't think Zoom has anywhere near the features and functionality of Webex.

Zoom or Google could be good solutions for medium-sized or cost-conscious companies. However, not every country in the world can use all software—in some countries you cannot use Google, in some you cannot use Webex.
