Webroot DNS Protection Room for Improvement

It addresses a specific risk related to malicious sites but doesn't cover broader security aspects. For the next release of Webroot, I would like to see features like sandboxing integrated into the DNS protection. In an XDR world, solutions like ESET and Cylance offer the ability to sandbox websites, allowing users to inspect them without the risk of malicious code. This would enhance flexibility and empower users to make informed choices. Additionally, refining pricing to align with the value of specific security or risk management needs would be beneficial.

If the solution could integrate with FortiGate allowing functionality through only one dashboard instead of having to set policies on our firewall and our DNS, this would be helpful.

The reporting system needs improvement. They should make is that we can customize it so we can add, remove or change its interface but they use a template. The reports cannot be changed.

They should add more features to manage the registry or the policies on the computer through the console. That would be great.

Reporting is not done in real-time. Rather, it is done in 15-minute intervales. This is something that should be configurable by the admin.

Essentially, it would be helpful to have more real-time reporting.
