We use Windows 10 because it lets us use the latest Windows technology and applications. For example, we work with Power BI, which doesn't work on Linux. It allows us to make the most of all the features in the Microsoft technology environment.

From a benefit perspective, I rate the Windows OS a ten out of ten.

The tool's use increased productivity in our company because its users don't need any training to get started with the solution.

Windows 10 Professional is more stable than our previous version, Windows 7 Enterprise, for our purposes.  We've not had a single crash since installing it.

In Microsoft, in general, it's easy to configure the AD Group Policy and the exchange server. Previously, I was working with on-prem, and the PowerShell command is flawless. In our organization, Publisher and AD Group Policy have been beneficial. Also, if you want to switch over to using VMware at the same time, you can switch it. 

It has improved the way our organization functions.

We can be certain of what documents are being worked on and by who — that is, of course, essential. We can also keep better track of who is responsible for what. That's really helpful.

In the previous versions, you could get a copy of data or pirated data also, however, with Windows 10, as it is genuine software, it helped us a lot in avoiding this. It also has added security features and auto-updates. The upgrading of the software is very easy now.

Users can use Miracast to the Surface Hub, which is great for meetings and client walkthroughs.

This isn't related to Windows 10, but rather the application that works on top. Teams is a good application, and it has provided excellent support for us in terms of exchanging information remotely during the pandemic. Teams is an important tool for us, and so are the others like Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The solution makes our organization better.

I don´t think that Windows 10 has improved our organization. In fact, Microsoft has reached a standard in nearly all branches to be the standard OS for the most common things. So nearly in every branch we sell PCs or sell maintenance we have to do it with Microsoft Software, especially with Microsoft OS.

Reduction of security incident events and mundane tasks in 3 months.

We use the solution as an operating system for laptops and regular desktop PCs.

The work is now faster and more efficient because most of the running programs do not crash during the run stage, like the previous version we were using for work. It is more secure as related to the task or work we have stored in our system.
