Previously, we used Linux in its various GUI and desktop versions alongside Windows. However, we primarily use Windows due to limitations in functionality, especially with applications like Microsoft Office. Some colleagues use Mac OS, but I prefer using Windows.

My company has experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows 8, and Windows 11. My company kept upgrading to the latest version of the solution.

I have used Mac and Linux and switched from the same, because we had Microsoft tablets at our work. 

I previously used some other solutions, and I switched to Windows 10 because of the Microsoft's input.

We were previously using Windows 7.

I have experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.

It wasn't so much a decision as not having thought about it in advance. It's just when Windows 11 came out; it just felt natural, like progressing to a newer OS.

I hadn't used any other operating systems before implementing Windows.

Several years ago, I worked with the old DOS system and I am still used to it. 

I have used Fedora. It's my favorite product. I switched to Windows 10 because of our company’s policy.

We previously worked with Windows 7—the most stable version of the millennium, we called it. It's flawless. That's the word for Windows 7: flawless. Once Windows 10 appeared in the market, it was a little buggy with application updates and packaging. Now, they have stabilized things. 

Windows 7's boot time was much longer than Windows 10, so the UI experience was not too good. You can't install Windows 7 on the touch laptop because it won't give you the 110% exact feel of the touch panel. If you're using a Yoga kind of product—where you have the laptop and you can detach the screen, which then becomes your tablet—you can't use Windows 7. Windows 10 has features for tablet mode. 

I have some experience with Linux and have used Microsoft servers as well. In our organization, we have used the 2008 and 2016 versions of the server.

Previous to this solution, it is my understanding that we used Windows 8.

We had Linux before. For administration purposes and those types of roles, Windows is more user-friendly. Windows was more user-friendly at the time, but Linux has caught up.

I've used prior versions of Windows, and I believe Windows 10 has improved stability.

I've only ever used Windows. I did not previously use a different solution.

I was using a computer with Windows XP and I did not have a choice to switch to Windows 10. It is what came with the laptop I purchased. If you want to purchase a computer right now you will receive a computer with Windows 11 preinstalled.

Windows is easy to use and intuitive for the most part. I work with Apple devices, but I like being able to have control over my environment. I can have more control with Windows 10 than with others. To be able to use Unix operating system, you have to be an engineer.

There are two things to consider. The first is that, as an organization, our policy is to move on to the next version once it has become stable. It was a group decision rather than an individual decision, leaving me no option, I had to upgrade it, and I did so.

At other companies, I did use other products. However, here, it's always been Windows. 

I previously used Windows 7. I've used older versions of Windows, however, when I log into my server, I'm using Windows Server 2016.

I've been in business since 1980, so I have used many operating systems like Sun. That's what it was called before Oracle bought them.

We used Windows 7 and are migrating to be ahead of the support EOL.

We had an earlier version of Windows on our PCs. And about 15 years ago, we had a solution based on Sun Microsystems, so we used Unix. Windows 10 isn't as stable. That's why I prefer the macOS configuration. It's also less stable than the Unix-based Sun Microsystems setup we used some time ago.I think Windows is easier to use for office applications. But I wouldn't recommend it for industrial or telecom applications because I think many things need to be adjusted continuously, so I don't like this.

We updated from a previous Windows version - either Windows 7 or 8. 

Before using the solution, we made use of Windows 7.

We also use Windows Server. It's a good operating system. The features meet the requirements of the network.

With Windows Server, the user can print, use the internet, and can use some applications. It is a good characteristic for one server. You don't need several servers because one Windows Server is sufficient.

I would rate Windows Server a nine out of ten.

Windows Server is a scalable product, and it is also stable.

Windows Server integrates well.

I have used Windows 7 before. 

We have a combination of Microsoft Windows, Oracle Linux, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. We used to use Windows 7 and we've since updated everything to Windows 10.

We've been using Windows since Windows 95. In the past, we've used Linux but not recently. 

I have used Ubuntu Linux and all the Windows operating systems from Windows 3.1 to Windows 10.

We have only used Windows. All versions of Windows have been used such as Windows 95, Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 7.

I previously used Windows 7. I think the leap from Windows 7 was major because I felt that it was not very secure and I think it was ending its support. Because of this, I focused more on having a more stable OS, which was Windows 10. Windows 10 is more stable and secure than previous versions.

I have experience with Unbuntu as well. I used Unbuntu about a year back. Now I'm using Windows for data science. Initially, I used Ubuntu for data science. So I've used both the platforms.

The commands are very good and very easy in Ubuntu as compared to Windows. In Windows, you'll have to do a lot of things. You need to, for example set the environment variable, etc., which is not necessary in Ubuntu. You can directly download and put it in your user directory. You can also utilize the services from there. So I would say from the developer's point of view, and from an AI practitioner's point of view, Linux Ubuntu is a good option to go for.

In private, I use Mac OS, which I prefer to Windows 10.

I have used several operating systems, as well as Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Planner.

I used to use Windows 7. Windows 7 is quite simple and traditional. Windows 10 is easier for us to navigate. It's more customizable. I like to customize my settings but Windows 7 didn't really allow me to do that. Windows 10 really considers the needs of its users. 

Prior to using this solution, I was using Windows seven or Windows eight, not SPF. 

We use Mac OS in the company. One of our directors prefers it to Windows so we went with that at work. But it really is very costly even though you get good security with it. They are more reliable than Windows and less chance of being hacked or broken into. It's a very sturdy machine. On the other hand, I prefer the ease of use with Windows. 

The good thing about Windows 10 is that it's from Microsoft. I have also used iOS, which is from Apple, as well as Android, from Samsung. So too, I have used macOS Sierra, like MacBook OS, in addition to Ubuntu. 

I use Ubuntu Linux on my own computer.

I have also used Ubuntu Linux and other free operating systems, but they don't have a good GUI like Windows 10. I am also not able to find a lot of applications that run on them.

I use Mac OS at home which I like a lot better.

When it comes to installation, Ubuntu is easier, as there's only one command line of code needed for installing apps.

I used the earlier Windows versions. The main difference is the new interface, the startup menus and the control panel with some new icons in Windows 10. It has more functionality than Windows 7.

I also work with Linux, which is less expensive. However, everyone is used to Microsoft products, and that's usually the easier route. 

I have not used another solution. This is the only OS that I have experience with.
