We're using a combination of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux on servers. Our user base is around 12,000-plus. I use Windows 10 for personal and business applications.

Windows 10 is easy to use.

We've been using Windows 10 since it was first released. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Windows 10 hasn't crashed much since I've been using it.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I have not had any experience trying to scale up Windows 10.

How are customer service and support?

I'm satisfied with Window support.

How was the initial setup?

It was automatically upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The whole process took about one and a half hours.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

If the Windows 10 license could be cheaper, that would be better. Generally, a reduced price is always beneficial for consumers.

What other advice do I have?

I rate Windows 10 a nine out of 10. We are recommending it for all of our new clients.

The user interface of Windows 10 is good. It is better than the earlier versions. Its performance is also better than the earlier versions. These are the two good points for me.

The apps view that I get on my screen is not much useful for me. If I have to search for anything, I go to the Search bar and type there.

I have been using Windows 10 since its launch, so for a couple of years.

This solution is stable and the performance is good.

Windows 10 is scalable. There are about 300 people in my organization using this solution. 

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before implementing Windows 10, I was using Windows 7, and before that, I was using Windows XP. I switched because I was just upgrading to a newer version. 

How was the initial setup?

The installation was easy and straightforward. I did it myself, and it took about 30 minutes. For deployment and maintenance, we have a team of about four admins. 

What about the implementation team?

I implemented this solution through an in-house team. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

We need to pay for licensing to use Windows 10. Any time we change the computers, we have to pay, and it's a bit expensive. 

What other advice do I have?

I rate Windows 10 a ten out of ten and would recommend it to others.

My experience so far has been excellent as an end-user. 

The solution is easy to use.

The product is quite stable. 

I don't have any issues with the level of security that is on offer. 

The licensing is reasonable.

They could continue to improve user-friendliness.

We've recently switched to Windows 10. It hasn't been that long just yet. I've been using it for only a couple of months.

The stability has been excellent so far. I have not had issues with bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable and the performance seems to be good.

We have about 100 or more users on the solution right now.

I do not recall using technical support in the past. I can't say that I have reached out, and therefore, cannot rate their services. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are.

I wasn't a part of the installation process. I can't speak to how difficult or simple it was or how long it took.

The pricing is okay. I don't take issue with it or find it too expensive.

I'd rate the solution at a ten out of ten overall. I've been very happy with its capabilities.

We've used the solution since the day it was released. It's been a while at this point. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The performance has been great. I would rate the solution's level of performance at an eight out of ten. It's stable. We haven't had issues. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze.

We have 350 people in our organization using the product right now.

As of right now, we have no plans to increase usage.

How are customer service and support?

We don't really need the assistance of technical support as we have the internal expertise and they can help us if we get stuck on something. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to rate their level of service.

We have always used Windows. We simply updated our previous Windows system to Windows 10 when it was released. 

How was the initial setup?

I have found the solution to be very easy to set up. The implementation process is simple and not difficult at all. 

We have four individuals that can handle deployment and maintenance.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing could be lowered a bit to help keep it affordable.

Currently, we pay a yearly licensing fee.

What other advice do I have?

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've been satisfied with it in general.

I'm not using the server version, I'm using the desktop edition on my laptop for running personal applications.

What is most valuable?

I have found Windows 10 much better than the previous versions. It performs well, is easy to use, and is easy to use for new users.

What needs improvement?

There is a lot of preloaded information on Windows 10, that impacts the memory position.

The security should improve because there are a lot of packets that have to be delivered, and that will take time to install.

I have been using Microsoft Windows solutions for 20 years and I have been using Windows 10 since it was released.

The solution is stable. however, it could be better.
