I have my fantastic team to support me on some of the tasks. I have a technical team that supports me in these things. I have four people and one of them sits down and handles all the admin work for me.

The solution's deployment is pretty simple because Yammer is already available as a SaaS solution. In our organization, we needed to combine multiple networks. If your infrastructure is complex and your company is big, Yammer's deployment can take up to a month.

It didn't take much time to install Yammer. It was part of the whole Microsoft 365 installation, and it took a few minutes to be installed directly on my PC. The installation and commercialization discussions took about a month or two in our organization.

It probably took a week to deploy the tool fully. The deployment was done in-house. A person in my department and I deployed the solution.

Yammer's deployment is very easy. As we get the license and standard access, we define our incoming and outgoing connectors to our existing cloud. It takes a maximum of one day to configure the solution with our on-premises Exchange or Active Directory with Azure AD Connect.

A large team is not required for Yammer's deployment. Two to three people should be sufficient for the solution's deployment.
