The tool’s scalability is pretty good. The company that I worked for was a multinational company. It had 400,000 employees. I never had problems using the product. The auto-scaling that Microsoft does in the background works well.

View full review »We had some scalability issues. The main challenge was to bring the top management on board. For Yammer to be successful in your organization, you will need buy-in from management.
Management always asks about the added-value, impact, and the results. This is very difficult to measure unless the solution has already been implemented.
View full review »The lack of integration into the Microsoft Office 365 made it difficult to champion throughout the organization. Yammer was being introduced into an environment where collaboration was difficult to find.
