We implement the solution in-house. First, we install the solution on a VM. Later,  we manage the server and and install the VM there. 

I handled the implementation personally. I did not need the help of or use integrators or consultants.

Our team managed the deployment. We did not need outside assistance. 

There is a team of admins to supervise the product. 

I'm not the person who set it up. We have a kind of person in charge; he did most of the work. And then a lot of us – most of us do our tech work on the templates and things. We don't really work on the core of the product.

It's a small team. One main person and then two or three support people help him with specifics, like setting up the databases and things like that. So, supporting those kind of tasks. So, it's maybe three or four people. And a lot of us know how to use it pretty much. Some people are better at things in other situations, so we just need to fully share that knowledge.

The main person's role is systems administrator. 

We have one to two people for maintenance. The person who runs the updates isn't the main developer. We have another guy; he's really good at that. We'll all connect to a remote call like a Zoom call, and we'll actually kinda watch. We can see how things are working. That way, it's nice we can share information about how things are working.

Regarding the installation of Zabbix, we did it by ourselves and it was easy enough. Our branch's environment is pretty simple and we don't have many complex requirements.

We implemented it with our in-house team that is also responsible for maintenance. This includes updates to the product. There is a team of three administrators who manage it.

We implemented it in-house. I primarily worked on the database, Zabbix server, Zabbix proxy, frontend and other server side stuff. I also prepared agent and SNMP configuration scripts for other Engineers to implement on network devices and servers.

As we were using it for testing, we were using suppliers.

We will need a team of experts for this solution as well as some external support.

We did the implementation ourselves for the production and distribution.

We have five people who do the maintenance and support of Zabbix.

The implementation was carried out by an internal team. We acquired knowledge by reading manuals.

We implemented Zabbix ourselves. We are an experienced IT team, though.

Both the vendor and the in-house team worked on the implementation. We bought it through a vendor and he trained our in-house engineers. Then we developed the system, supported by the vendor who also provided us with most of the sensors and data collection devices.

The local vendor's expertise and presence are the most valuable advantages we had. They were quick to answer any problem. I would rate them a nine out of ten.

I completed the installation myself.

I installed the server, and then the client on the Windows machine to make the link.

We did not implement through a vendor. I did the implementation myself. It's very easy, you don't need anyone just to install it. For more complicated stuff that I was not sure of, I asked around on forums. I did the entire implementation myself and it's very easy.

I've been responsible for about 4 Zabbix implementations and always was in-house job.

We handle the process for our clients. We've got a couple of clients who already have Zabbix on-premise. Typically we come in to configure the devices as per the parameters for that specific device. So that is something which you need expertise on the tool now. The customers are not able to do that. If they want to outsource the entire local operations to us, then we take it up. If they say no, that they want to run their own lock, then we put in our team and we stabilize their entire Zabbix implementation beside it. 

We implemented the zabbix solution our selves. A team consisting of a Linux admin and a postgres dba that both know Linux and zabbix setup the infra structure. The other teams gave input for their metrics, thresholds and views.

The monitoring of IT infrastructure is not a piece of cake. Don't think you can install it with a couple of clicks and be done.

To implement have a good implementation, you have to read the documentation thoroughly.
