I didn't use a different solution apart from Zapier because it had many connectors, which I liked, so I didn't look for other solutions.

I used other types of solutions like MyFusion Helper or PlusThis, which are great for connecting my database system “Infusionsoft” to other systems.

But, in some cases, these applications are limited in where they can connect to Infusionsoft.

Zapier has a myriad of connections. I still use other applications to connect to my CRM database tool, but if I can’t find a good one, I will use Zapier, because it usually connects.

We previously used IFTTT. Zapier provides email integrations that work in any situation. That was not the case with IFTTT. Zapier offers more freedom and useful features.

Yes, I personally used for my private automations. I also had some experience with IFTT, but the latter looks significantly weaker in terms of functionality and usability. We used to use Hootsuite where impressed CS had wider integrations than just social networks. So the blog plugin, for example, was convincing enough to justify the cost.

I never tried a different solution. Zapier is the best known integrator with good pricing. It is probably the market leader in its sector. This builds a lot of trust. I see no need to look in the market to compare it with other tools.

We looked into using IFTTT, as well as building the services in house.

However, Zapier had links to more services and the user interface was much easier. So the ease-of-use and ability to prototype from concept to working process made choosing Zapier a no brainer.
