Zapier Stability
I don't think there is a limit to Zapier's scalability. I would rate it a ten out of ten.
View full review »Stability-wise, I rate the solution a six out of ten owing to the bugs and breakdowns of the system that I have experienced. One cannot understand how Zaps work unless you test it out a few times.

I rate Zapier an eight out of ten for stability. For the most part, Zapier is stable. However, it has downtime like any other cloud-based software.
View full review »Zapier is stable. If I even had an issue, it is fixed within one day.
View full review »Zapier is a very stable solution, but the problem with it is if your credit card lacks funds, the Zapier team will downgrade your subscription, which impacts your service's stability. I've faced this situation before, and I remember how a lot of data was misplaced, and I had to recover the data, which took a very long time manually.
I tried to make a recovery by batch, but because the license was downgraded, it impacted the number of data. For example, on the free version, you can have up to five hundred data; imagine if you've done thirty thousand data. If your card payment doesn't go through during renewal, Zapier will downgrade your data to five hundred, and the service will stop completely.
View full review »It is a stable platform. However, when automation fails, they could provide information about the reasons for failure. We have run automated tests again in debug mode with the same data. I rate the stability a seven out of ten.

View full review »There were no such stability issues. It works great and warns us if there is any situation that requires our attention/action. For example, if many actions are triggered suddenly.

View full review »We did see a few issues over a period of time with the Amazon failure where Zaps didn't fire, but that may have been on the trigger side of each event.
View full review »Not all Zaps work perfectly the first time. However, most of the time it is the third-party application that is producing the errors. Some Zaps with custom fields are not easy to integrate on the first try.
View full review »I did not encounter any stability issues.
View full review »This is a stable solution.
View full review »Once or twice the API did not connected and we weren't sure if it was an error in our Zap setup, Zapier servers, or in the external API.
View full review »Very rarely do we have stability issues. Occasionally, there are instances where it seems like actions that should have triggered a Zap did not trigger it. But it's hard to say whether it's Zapier's fault, or the fault of the tool generating the trigger.
View full review »We encountered a stability issues once when Zapier upgraded the Google Sheets backend. However, this was most likely an error on my part and not Zapier.
View full review »I haven’t experienced major stability problems. There were a few instances when a trigger-action did not fire or there was a delay. During these instances, however, I would just retest the step and it was fine.
View full review »Until now, we have had no stability issues.

It's a very stable product. The logging is comprehensive and it also has reliable logging applications for all the different states of everything that is logged, which is excellent for troubleshooting issues.
