Zapier Pricing
Price-wise, Zapier is expensive when compared to Make. Payments can be made per month or per year. They have different plans, and they charge for the automation one developed using Zapier. Also, it can run only for a fixed number of times while not being able to optimize anything. Per task, there is a monthly plan involving 15 euros. They have a similar pricing model to Make and Zapier charge per task. Also, in different forms, they just give you the ability to use different features. They charge 18.58 euros for the first standard plan, which includes 750 tasks. So, it is about 25 cents per task.
I think their pricing is, like, way off the chart. So that's the reason why I try to stay away from Zapier.
The pricing actually depends on how many steps you have. For example, let's say for each lead, you have to perform four actions. Let's say there's a marketing lead. You have to do four things whenever a new lead comes in. Zapier calculates these as four different items or units of work.
So technically, the more actions you take and the more times you do it, the cost starts to grow exponentially. It grows pretty fast. So it can be a little expensive. I think they have a starting price of around $20, but if you have more than 30 tasks, it starts to add up. And each task can involve multiple actions. For example, with 25 tasks, you're almost reaching your quarter limit.
So you have to consider the volume you'll be using.
View full review »Zapier's price is high, but it is worth it. You have to pay a premium in order for Zapier to work smoothly. To make your work automation smooth, you have to pay a premium for it because you don't have a developer team. If you have a developer team and an AWS Lambda account or another server where you run your automation, you will pay way less if you use those products.

It's very affordable, especially for companies.
View full review »My impression is that this solution is a bit pricey.
View full review »The pricing is average; it is neither too cheap nor too expensive. Moreover, there are additional costs to the standard license.
It comes along with the number of tasks that you consume. That's something extra cost.

There are products cheaper than Zapier. You can start with a free plan and get limited access. The least expensive plan is $24 a month, and you can go all the way to $800 a month if you're a huge company using many tasks.
View full review »The price of Zapier is approximately $75 monthly.
View full review »Zapier is a paid service. Its license renews monthly, and Zapier will downgrade your subscription to the free version when your credit card doesn't have funds. That significantly impacts your service because everything halts completely.
Zapier doesn't have any hidden costs. You'll see all pricing information on the website so that you won't be surprised at the end of the month.

View full review »Zapier's price is good.
View full review »I think it all depends on how many transactions or tasks you’re sending through Zapier. You’ll definitely want to make sure it’s satisfying your needs. For some, they might be able to use the free version with only 100 tasks a month.
View full review »There is a free plan that is, of course, limited. However, it allows you to understand and check true scenarios for a while.
I then upgraded to the professional plan because of a higher frequency to detect triggers, every five minutes, and multi-step Zaps, which are just incredible. It definitely worth the price.
It revolutionized our back-office. We also built many Zaps and therefore needed more quotas.

The cost of the solution is high. It's a bit costly as compared to Tableau or other solutions that are available in the market.
I've seen situations where there are individual users and they prefer to keep it on a monthly basis, however, our organization uses it under a yearly subscription. Companies, based upon the users, can increase or decrease the users as per their requirements.
We define value by comparing the amount of time that we could have spent developing integrations on our own with the price of Zapier's licence. In casual cases, we saves the time of one full-time developer. It makes total sense to use the paid version of the Zapier. But when it comes to automation of actions that happen more than 5000 times a day, it makes more sense to invest time and money into one's own solution.
View full review »The price of the license is very interesting below 50000 zaps per month. Then, the price increases quickly.
View full review »It is not cheap and there are other similar offerings (Nelio), but requeue is a time saver.
Although, as above, it would be nice to see an efficiency report on how well the algorithm did for us. Maybe even a prediction when we set up a fixed time for a post. CS advises us to put it later/earlier and how many more views we could get.
View full review »Think your Zaps through to make sure you don't use more Zaps than you need.
View full review »In terms of the utility offered by this product, I believe the pricing is fantastic.
View full review »Regarding the pricing, start with a basic plan and go forward from there.
If you don't need a lot of integration, Zapier will cost virtually nothing.
Even going to the business plan, it's pretty cheap and you'll get a lot out of it. Only upgrade when you reach your limit of Zaps.
View full review »I think the price is interesting for startups that need to focus on their core and want to solve interface issues quickly. But the minute there are resources to cope with these interfaces, the price is too high to compete with in-house development.
View full review »The pricing is reasonable and based on successful completion of a Zap. So use filters.
View full review »The free plan fulfilled our needs for a long time and is a great way to see whether Zapier can be useful. But consider upgrading if you're dealing with higher volume, the need for quicker processing, or specific integrations that are only available in the paid tiers.
View full review »Although the pricing structure can get expensive depending on your needs, I still recommend Zapier to all my friends.
View full review »We are a startup, so getting the starter plan was the most practical option for us.
View full review »Pricing and licensing are reasonable.

It's very straightforward licensing. There's only one cost you have to pay, and if you want a relevant pricing plan, I think you have two or three different models or packages which include the number of notifications or Zaps, as they call it, that you can program.
Expect to pay at least $50/month.
View full review »It is expensive, but worth it if you use multiple online platforms.
View full review »Use the free work plan, then you can upgrade to the higher plans. Considering its use, the pricing is pretty good.

There are three variations of pricing. We use the middle one.
View full review »It’s a cheap option if you want to automate more than three or four automation flows. However, it is expensive if you simply want to automatically get notifications from your service.
