What is most valuable?

How has it helped my organization?

Its hard to tell, but Zend Framework allowed us to consolidate PHP code into single set of modules and libraries, which are simple to share between different projects.

What needs improvement?

It requires enterprise integration improvements from the security, and audit perspective (AD integration etc.). Also, integration into existing BI tools is not present.

I've used it for three years.

How are customer service and technical support?

They provide a high level of technical support.

We switched due to a common OS integration strategy.

What is Zend Framework?

Zend Framework is an open source framework for developing web applications and services using PHP. Zend Framework uses 100% object-oriented code and utilises most of the features of PHP, namely namespaces, late static binding, lambda functions and closures.
