Zoho Recruit Primary Use Case
We are primarily using Zoho Recruit for recruitment. It works like an Applicant Tracking System or ATS and has different stages during the recruitment cycle. It gives us the candidate resumes, and the interview panel reviews them through Zoho. The interviews and tests are scheduled automatically through Zoho. It also automatically emails the candidate, the interview panel, or anyone involved in the recruitment cycles.

We used Zoho Recruit for applicant tracking. We would leave it at the job board for a job post and then create applicant tracks with candidate screening, interview notes, and hiring manager notes. We eventually created an API connection in order to route higher candidates into the HR portal.

Our company utilizes Zoho Recruit for the recruitment process, which is integrated with Zoho People to handle onboarding and other steps. This is an internal system.
From the very beginning when we post a job, we are able to integrate with multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn, through Zoho Recruit. When a potential candidate clicks on the post, they will fill out the Zoho Recruit forms and all their data will be stored in our system. We have multiple modules, such as the interview module and job posts, that help us to hire. We can also filter out CVs based on keywords, such as software engineer and database engineer, depending on the job posting.

Our primary use case is for recruitment purposes and our organizational structure. It helps our company store information to our database, manage and maintain the database and internal portal. We use it for interview schedules, for extracting resumes and connecting potential recruits with jobs. If you tag someone, you'll receive a notification if there's a match. I'm a recruitment consultant.
