I have done larger enterprise level conferring using Microsoft Skype and now with Microsoft Teams. For small meetings, Skype hosted and also for large meeting broadcast with white glove service as it might require event need.

Hi,

If your users are more computer savvy and with good connectivity WebEx looks great. WebEx would be great for on-demand eleraning and small conferences. It's a little different to Adobe Connect and may take awhile for the users to get used to. There will be some functional differences depending on how you are used to delivering meetings and content. Unfortunately I only have the view of a IT guy who evaluated, both systems, without any real user reviews. There are pros and cons of both, probably you have to get a trial version of Webex and compare your existing adobe setup with the features available.

We kept using Adobe Connect and never made the change.

Cheers,

My experience with Webex comes from when I was with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Though similar to GoToWebinar, it has a few extra features which I used. For example, attendees were able to see the names input by all the others in that seminar. Webex, also allowed for easy polling of participants with a green check for Yes and a red X for No.
