I am using Automation Anywhere which BotFarm is integrated and comes as a package. In this era, every large company is trying to implement ways to automate their processes using any Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool. Automation Anywhere comes highly recommended in the market as being very reliable. I would recommend this solution to others. I rate BotFarm a nine out of ten.

We're partners. I started off with version 11, and currently, I'm working on 11.3.3. There's a new solution, RPA A2019. That's the new version. I have that certification, however, I have no projects for now on that. I'd recommend the solution. Automation Anywhere is a very good solution if you're looking to expand all your work areas. There are lots of businesses out there that say that they don't require this, however, once the solution is implemented using RPA, businesses themselves have a lot of time and resources to expand their research areas. The growth increases exponentially. I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten.

Those wanting to implement this solution make sure you have a team that can support you. Getting individuals with the qualified skillsets required has proven to be difficult. I rate BotFarm a seven out of ten.

We are just a customer. Bot Farm is a cloud solution. We already have A2019, and Bot Farm is one of the products of Automation Anywhere. It's a cloud version we are using and due to it being on the cloud, it is always continuously updated to the latest version. Bot Farm is for firms that have reached a certain level of maturity. You don't require Bot Farm if you are having applications that are not consuming your licenses. It becomes very useful when you have a use case that has spiked the variation in the load. Regardless, you need to do the math correctly to get the ROI associated with the licensing costs, the value, and the use case intended. I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten.

We're partners. I am into consulting and my company is in consulting. Overall, I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've largely been satisfied with their level of support and the capabilities, although the deployment could be easier. They have a lot of good features in place. As is typical for many of the RPA technologies, it's important to have a good design in place and that could resolve the development and the deployment.

I would advise others to do a thorough discovery and walkthrough of processes and then decide based on what suits their requirements. Sometimes people think that they can go to a pure cloud model, hybrid model, or on-premises model, but they should first identify the requirements and processes. They should go for what is required for their organization's needs. They shouldn't go for BotFarm just because it is good. It should also meet their needs. I would rate BotFarm an eight out of ten. It is a good and evolving technology, and it can be very helpful for different business operations. I have good words for Automation Anywhere and BotFarm.

We're just customers. We're using the latest version of the solution right now. I would recommend the solution to other companies if they are looking at an extensive integration across the tech stack within their organization. I would advise that if a company seriously considers the product, that they speak really clearly with Automation Anywhere. They need to ensure that their company will have the support they need, and if they do, they should consider proceeding. Overall, we've been happy with the solution. I would rate it at a nine out of ten.

We're business partners with Automation Anywhere. In our factory, we do not work hands-on on the development tasks or the day-to-day activity. I tend to supervise and manage the RPA programs. I'd recommend the solution. It's a good application, and it's a stable one. As a company, if you feel that your ROI is pretty high and with Automation Anywhere you are able to achieve the desired ROI that you are looking for, then I would definitely say Automation Anywhere is a very good solution to adopt. Overall, I would rate the solution eight out of ten.

It’s hard to give any advice without seeing the project you are working with. If you want to purchase any RPA tool, then I’d have to check the project or your process so that I can identify the requirement and I can see which product will completely fulfill your requirement. Make sure to choose your solution based completely on the project you wish to automate. In other words, I can’t give you any direct answer. If you’re automating a web application, then I would use UiPath. If you’re also automating their applications but you have to automate PDFs as well, then I would definitely choose Automation Anywhere, but the selection of the tool is completely based on the project you wish to automate. I am rating Automation Anywhere 7.5 out of 10 in terms of their activity. Sometimes, when I am in the middle of something, I experience issues or my work gets stuck. This rating is based on my three years of experience with Automation Anywhere. Although they give very good support, I still wasted a lot of time because of the above mentioned issues. So, for this reason, I am giving Automation Anywhere a rating of 7.5 out of 10.

Automation Anywhere is the leading RPA solution right now. At this point, it is too early for me to officially recommend it. However, at this moment, based on what I have seen so far, I recommend it. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

My advice for anybody who is considering this solution is to have a proof of concept first. It is important because it may be that some of the features required by the client are not included in BotFarm. As this is a very user-friendly product, it can scale into the organization once the PoC is complete. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

It is a good solution. I would recommend it. I would rate it an eight out of ten. To make it a ten it should be more user-friendly. The community version should also be more stable. It should allow the user to directly download and install without the need to deploy through the SAS system. They should also have more video material and guidelines.

This is a product that I recommend and we will be moving to the cloud version in the future. My advice to anybody who is considering this solution is to first check your prerequisites in terms of hardware and system requirements that are needed for the installation. This is important. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We use the cloud deployment model. Currently, we're just doing the migration process. After that, we'll merge with Logic Farm too. The trouble we ran into was that we downloaded the Bot and we were using a manual batch of the downloader. We ran into trouble with customer support as well. I'd rate the solution nine out of ten.

From a technical standpoint, you need to be careful with the UI application. There might be issues with it in cases where object recognition is going to be tougher. I would definitely look at what the UI interface needs in order to be automated from a UI perspective. Be careful with what you choose. I would rate this product a nine out of 10.

I am hoping that once the entire concept of 2019 BotFarm is released, they will have a proper structure of monetization in place. We are hoping that the bots would be much more value-driven rather than just showcase capabilities. My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is to understand the scalability, number one. They need to know what they are looking for. Then, user requirements are important. We've tried the lifecycle of the bots for research and we've found that you need to align it and integrate it with the insights from the performance engine, which is behind the scenes and gives insights from the bots. From the holistic standpoint of the product offering, there are a lot of things that need to be done. I don't think that the platform really enables you to do the structuring and handle business use cases in a seamless manner. Anybody should be able to pick this up and find insights. Right now, this is a micromanagement-based product. I would rate this solution a six out of ten.

We're using the enterprise version of the solution and an unfinished deployment model. I'd rate the solution six out of ten. To give it a higher rating, the solution needs to boost its public services and machine capabilities. In terms of advice, I'd give to others considering implementation, I'd say that they need to trust the methods. Consider things early to find the gaps properly.
