Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. I would recommend using Mailchimp; it is currently the best email marketing solution available.

It would be best if you got a professional who understands the platform. It can save you time and money and increase the revenue. I rate MailChimp a nine out of ten.

We're a customer and end-user. It's a SaaS product. The tool is easy to use, so potential new users simply have to focus on the messaging and the decision tree around the messaging. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten.

The solution is one of CloudMail. For the moment there is a single user. As mentioned, we primarily are involved in campaigns for email companies. I cannot provide a recommendation of the solution at this time as it is very early on and I would need to use it more. As MailChimp has many capabilities, but is not sufficiently user-friendly, I rate it as a seven out of ten.

Make sure your shiny new email newsletter portrays your brand, ethics and style guidelines. When someone opens your email they should immediately know it's from you. We run digital training and SEO for a variety of organisations and businesses, and our Mailchimp and Email Marketing workshops prove very popular, because these participants realise the importance of connecting with their consumers and potential customers, in a clear but engaging and interesting way. Email is the first line of communication, make sure it looks good!
