Business Central has simplified our financial reporting by integrating with our business intelligence tools like Borg and Power BI. With everything connected, we can automatically upload data, view balance sheets, and P&L statements, and drill down into details to understand our results better. It is all seamless and makes it easy to analyze and track our financial performance. The customer relationship function in Business Central has had the biggest impact on our efficiency. We monitor accounts receivable, analyze them, and improve cash flow by identifying clients who haven't paid. Sales managers then follow up with them, helping us plan our cash flow better. The inventory management feature in Business Central helps us optimize stock levels by analyzing goods by lot and their expiration dates. We prioritize selling items with upcoming expiration dates to avoid losses. This helps us manage our stock effectively and minimize expenses. Business Central supports our decision-making process with its data analytics and reporting tools by allowing us to analyze stock levels, allocate goods to key clients, and determine appropriate discounts. My main recommendation for new users is to involve a legal consultant and ensure proper planning from the start when implementing Business Central. This can help avoid potential issues and save time in the long run. Overall, I would rate Business Central as a nine out of ten.

My view on the product is that more than marketing, they should make training available to help users use the solution. If Microsoft is not doing marketing, then they are not giving training, and they are not preparing enough documentation. I hope to know and learn more about the ERP platform. I also hope to get more training to learn more about the solution. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

I give Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central nine out of ten. I have not required technical support as there is an abundance of documentation available for almost anything we need. Moreover, if any issue arises, it is often due to our inadequate understanding of the instructions, and there is no necessity for Microsoft to fix it. Essentially, everything functions as intended. Therefore, if the outcome is not satisfactory, it is often due to our own lack of diligence.

I would rate the solution as seven out of ten. My advice is to check the solution for local taxes and check to see if it covers the material flow for production needs, like ordering, planning, sales, and purchasing. We need to find a provider who will be a good support. The right consultant and support is very essential.

I would recommend Microsoft Dynamics NAV to a company of the right size. If the company is beyond a certain size, not only include the number of people but the number of locations that you want to manage then I would recommend JD Edwards or an SAP solution. For the right size, Microsoft Dynamics NAV will work well. I rate Microsoft Dynamics NAV a seven out of ten.

I have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, but not with IFS. I'm currently doing a project with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I'm a consultant who works with migration tools. For example, in 2011 and 2015, I worked on migration projects and did migrations over to new platforms. Currently, I have under twenty-five users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I don't know what the maintenance fees of my clients are. The reasons for them changing to a different solution have nothing to do with the product, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. It's a change in the business model. The pricing for the product is not the reason why clients are switching over, for example, one was buying a house, and now everybody is getting together and buying one solution. I'd give Microsoft Dynamics NAV a rating of six from my exposure to it and what I've learned about it from end-users and its limitations. My company is a partner of Microsoft.

From a Navision standpoint, I think Dynamics NAV is very versatile and competitive compared to its competitors. I don't think there's any improvement needed on the Navision side. Microsoft offers a complete end-to-end solution for organizations of all statuses and sizes. I would rate Dynamics NAV nine out of ten.

My rating is biased because I'm a Microsoft resource, but I rate this solution a 10 out of 10. To those looking into implementing this solution, I would first advise you to do your research. Make sure that the product does what you want it to do. You also need to understand the limitations of the product. If you want a payroll system, it's not a payroll system. You need to know these kinds of things.

I rate Dynamics NAV eight out of 10. If you're going to implement NAV, make sure you have a reputable partner who knows the solution. It's a long and detailed process, so you need partners with experience and a track record. Our first go-around was pretty much a failure. We had to fire our first vendor and bring in a second to get everything running right.

For people who want to start using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, it's a far easier system to use than any other competing ERPs in the segments because it's very easy to configure. It's easily available and installation is simple. I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Microsoft Dynamics NAV a nine out of ten.

We used SAP in my previous organization, and in this organization, we're on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. SAP is highly structured, and at times, it doesn't let you customize it the way you would want to. However, Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides a little bit of flexibility. I think it's a decent product to evaluate. If you have use cases with small to medium load requirements, Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a good option. You can do other configurations as well with it. However, if you have an excess load of 1,000 or 1,000 plus users, you would definitely need to look for a more enterprise solution like SAP or AX. With Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Materials Management is a bit limited. So if you're a small organization and have resources to manage that kind of thing, this solution will be cost effective. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate Microsoft Dynamics NAV at seven.

I would advise potential users to get whatever data is needed to implement this. The partnership should give you whatever you need, according to your experience. Just ask what's the requirement and follow the partner's guide. It's already a step-by-step process. It's not going to be very difficult to follow. They will explain what's required of us as the customer and what data we should put there. On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft Dynamics NAV an eight.

If we require customization, we go to the service provider. We also have project managers on the side who come up with various options and solutions. Then it goes through a certification process. If customization is required, we go to our service provider, who is certified to change the system. So we don't do any development as such. Our plan is to move most of our workload to the cloud, so we've been concentrating on Office 365 for the past couple of years. We're nearly there, but there are still a few things to move over. After that, we will be looking at an Azure infrastructure for the ERPs. The coronavirus has accelerated the move. I would rate this solution a seven out of 10. Not a ten because there's always room for improvement.
