If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering Nagios Log Server, what would you say?
How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?
My advice is that the customer first have a good idea of what he is looking for. It is at this point that I will enter the picture as a consultant and will advise if this is the appropriate Log Server solution. Since the information needed may only comprise a portion of the full functionality, it is a good idea to start with Nagios Z. Nagios Log Server can support everything. The person will have the option of reducing the size of his solution. Most of my customers will require a tailor made solution and will initially seek one which is offerred on the market, such as this Log Server or some type of SIEM. I will act as a consultant to tailor their log analyzing solution needs. I rate Nagios Log Server as an eight out of ten.
What do you like most about Nagios Log Server?

Dear community members,
I've been exploring Datadog vs ELK and I need your opinion about both of them in terms of performance, cost, and efficiency? Which one would you recommend?
