If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering Nintex Workflow, what would you say?
How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?
I would recommend this solution to others. I rate Nintex Workflow a nine out of ten.
We're just customers and end-users. We don't have a business relationship with the company. I am using the latest version of the solution, whichever it is. I'm not sure of the exact name of the version. I don't know how the product compares with other solutions other than the older versions of Workflow such as SharePoint Designer. I know that with Online, SharePoint Online, there are other workflow management tools that you can use if you would like to. In general, I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We're mostly happy with it.
We are planning to decommission this product for use and we are still exploring other products. I would recommend some other tools rather than this. I would rate Nintex Workflow a seven out of ten.
This is a very good solution, and our client is very happy with it. We were able to meet all of the requirements for functionality that were specified, and we did not experience challenges where we had to compromise on functionality. Nintex will give you what you want to achieve. As long as you have the discipline to check at every stage and ensure that you are working towards what you want to achieve, you will be successful. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
This is a good solution for mid-scale deployment and mid-scale usage, but as the usage increases, the issues along with it also increase. I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
After K2 was acquired by Nintex, what is the impact for K2 users?
