My experience with Oracle ATG has been very good. I recommend Oracle ATG to users looking for a reliable, complete, end-to-end e-commerce solution. Overall, I rate Oracle ATG a nine out of ten.

I give the solution an eight out of ten. We have an in-house team that supports both development and production, along with maintenance activities. Automation is taken care of by scripts that handle deployments. Different team members are responsible for different activities. We have around 15 websites running on Oracle ATG, and we have a lot of users who actually use the sites. We are going to use the solution accordingly based on the business requirements, depending on the new websites we are going to receive and on the new businesses.
