I'd give Passportal an eight out of 10. It's a good solution. If we fully utilized it, I would be a big fan. That's what we did with IT Glue. We used all of the categories, features, tabs, and everything else. I like Passportal, but I want the reliability to be there. When it's available, it's great. Aside from the reliability, I have no other problems with Passportal.

My advice to anybody who is implementing this solution is to ensure that you have integration with your PSA solution, whether it be ServiceDesk or something else. Overall, I think that this product is very good. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Enterprise password management solutions store and administer sensitive data such as passwords, records, and identity credentials for organizations. Since most cyber-attacks use legitimate credentials to enter an organization, password security is an essential part of an organization’s security posture.
