If you were talking to someone whose organization is considering Tools4ever HelloID, what would you say?
How would you rate it and why? Any other tips or advice?
The solution is flexible and has its advantages and disadvantages. For example, a lot of things can be configurated exactly as you want it, but on the other hand, this makes it hard to automate and reuse it in other environments.
I would recommend following them for the demos and webinars. There is a lot of cool stuff and features which you might not have known about. At this moment, we do not have any wishes. We have submitted a lot of feature requests in the past, but since there is a release every month, all our FRs and nice-to-haves have been implemented. My advice would be to at least use this solution for service automation and access management because that's something you won't regret. Overall, I would recommend HelloID for its ease of use and fair pricing.
My advice for anybody implementing this solution is to make use of a proof of concept.
