The MDS/DQS are included in SQL Server Enterprise Edition.
The solution is a bit expensive. We pay for it on a yearly basis. I'm not sure of the exact costs as I don't handle the payment processes.

The price of the program has gone up, so I would like to see better pricing. But I like it that there are no additional fees that we have to pay.
With Microsoft, we buy everything though an agreement, so we purchase volume licensing every year. That is how our licenses are managed.
