It's a bit expensive compared to lead other platforms because the support is directly from SAP. The solution offers yearly contracts as well as three and five-year contracts that are a little bit less expensive. Technical support is included in the pricing. There are, however, integrations and third-party tools that need to be taken into the cloud and the solution charges extra for those.
There are licensing fees, but no ancillary costs on top of that. Users won't have to pay extra, for example, for support. They have contracts for three and five years. They do, however, charge extra for integrations.
SAP installs the system so you don't need to go and get your license, install and patching and all those things. It is very good from that perspective. You have to think of the responsibility role and the responsibility matrix and see if you want to negotiate for those additionally. It will be included in your contract. It is also better to negotiate some services initially then you don't need to think about setup and things like that.
