The primary use case of the solution is to future inbound and outbound emails, applying content, filtering policies, and power policies. Basically, the content filter is based on the dictionary words, and most of them integrate SMG with DLP to quarantine emails which violates the data protection policies.

But most of the requests come for content filtering, where we need filters based on some specific words or subjects or based on the reports that come from government agencies.
