The user interface had to be improved for the product. Its user interface should be made simple and easy to customize as per user needs. Integration with APM and log monitoring tools is good and easy but the user interface of the customization also needs improvement. One more feature which needs improvement are the ready reports. Its reports have great features but need to be customized which is not easy for a normal user. So ready reports should be given with templates which can just be used out of the box.

More information could be provided on the help page. More automation could be provided in NetStorm. Need to add or support some more APIs in the Script Manager window. It is more compatible with Chrome and Firefox than other browsers, which needs improvement. Currently, it supports mostly web applications. Desktop application should support be included. NetStorm is a web based tool that works on HTTP and HTTPS Protocols. NetStorm is a powerful tool but needs more information to be available on the Internet and Youtube on how to use it.
