We'd like pre-set computers with GoToConnect and all features embedded in laptops or other devices. Since most companies want everything in one place, an all-in-one GoToConnect System could be an option for those who have a lot of companies under their belt. I haven't seen a GoToConnect phone with all the features pre-set. The costs have to stay low as much as possible so companies can afford it.

We just had one service interruption, which was due to an upstream carrier. They sent us hourly updates, letting us know what was going on and that it was being worked on. It was down for about half a day.
The ring delay could be improved. Our cell phones often continue to ring after we have answered the phone. When we are in office using our yealink phones, our cell phones continue to ring after we have answered our Yealink phones. When we are working remotely, It would be helpful to know which agent has responded to a call. That would allow us to avoid duplication when responding to missed calls. All agents should be able to see this feature, that would make our lives a lot easier and avoid annoying our clients.
