Please share with the community what you think needs improvement with GoToMyPC.
What are its weaknesses? What would you like to see changed in a future version?
Integration could be improved. I'd prefer if the solution could integrate with our support and report tools as well as our timesheet reporting.
This solution requires that the PC is "on" in order to reach it remotely. If the PC is hung then it requires a reboot.
We all know it's really hard to get good pricing and cost information.
