• Deeply passionate about solving business problems with Technology. I am strong proponent of establishing architecture practice to govern and align business with technology.

• I am responsible for managing relationship with key stakeholders in organization; business, finance, operations, internal IT teams. I possess deep knowledge, understanding of Digital Commerce business domain and technologies, standards and processes associated with Acquiring, issuing and processing Financial transactions.

• I represent Etisalat for pre-Sales & lead generation activities to develop business with Enterprise merchants. Serve as Single Point of Contact to deliver solutions addressing their business requirements, such as Smart Dubai Government Mobile Pay, Abu Dhabi Police Physical Payments initiative.

• I undertook Digital Transformation of payment gateway to migrate to SOA model from legacy services, this resulted in improved time to market and as well as streamlined development (Scrum) and release management process.

• Responsible for high profile project, e.g. Etisalat Digital Wallet, Central Bank Account to Account transfer (UAE’s version of BPAY), Visa Checkout & MasterPass Integration.

• Responsible for attaining PCI Compliance for payment gateway on yearly basis. Entails establishing best security practices during solution design, development, deployment, change management, network management. Speed & agility of this was recognized by Excellence Award.

• Implemented Continuous Integration practice for Digital Commerce Domain and transformed Waterfall project methodology to Scrum which resulted in streamlined software development and change management.
