I am an enterprise software industry leader with a background in engineering & product management, technical sales, software development, and professional services engineering.

For the last 4 years, I've led the development organization at CloudBolt Software, where we strive daily to be the most effective SW engineering group possible. Our product is the best in its class and continues to advance. The path has been strewn with challenges, including a broken neck I suffered in a mountain biking accident in 2012. Through re-learning how to walk, use my fingers, etc, I gained a thankfulness for many quotidian things in life and have come back a stronger leader than ever. These days, I take little for granted, and do nothing half-assed. I hold my organization to a high standard and expect every project to set a new high bar. My team believes that powerful, flexible software does not have to compromise usability or simplicity. I’m proud to say that our product proves this point, and we hear it from our customers all the time.

Previously, I was one of the top sales engineers at Opsware before we were acquired by HP, where I moved into managing the rapid application development team and then to product management, then left to create my own independent consulting business.
