Having experience in Oracle Application for more then 12 years, especially in Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing area, has given me the opportunity to become consulting manager for SCM dept.

Assisting the team as a Project Manager, I have manage to complete various project in logistic and manufacturing (pharmaceutical, consumer goods, natural resources and even mix mode) based on the given schedule, cost and resources. In order to achieve the deadline, I have the ability to predictive the risk, manage project acceptability and also encourage the team to achieve the goals.

At the same time become a consulting manager for dept., I have able to develop my team member to reach their peak performance. The key to achieve it is by understanding what the market needs, what capability can my team member achieve and also staying aligned with the organization direction.

I am also conduct pre-sales activities to support the sales team. Where I have to give solution not only in SCM and Manufacturing, but also in Financial, Planning and even in Technical area. The ability to proposed a solution based on customer requirement and fully understand their business process, is also one of my passions.
