MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
I have had extensive experience in project management; from completing the initial project designs, ROI, and budgets to directing multiple technicians and vendors to complete the project. As the lead engineer for Advance Auto Parts I created and staffed the companies first NOC, this included design, budgeting, choosing the NOC platform, and interviewing and recommending staff. As the service manager for Computerland I had a staff of 16 technicians, engineers, and an administrator; during this time I set the department budget, administered schedules and training, resolved conflict, conducted interviews, and hired all service department staff. My time in the US Navy is where I received my initial leadership training and skills, as an E-5 Petty Officer I lead a maintenance section of eight men. Over the years I have learned a lot about the importance of choosing and leading the right staff, cultivating relationships with solid vendors, and setting realistic goals and budgets.

NETWORK ENGINEERING
I am an active Network Engineer with 20 years of solid experience. I have Planned and Installed Novell and NT LAN’s and WAN’s with 30000+ users, 3000+ branches, multiple internet connections, and mainframe gateways, etc. Heavy experience with Cisco NEXUS, 7600, 6500, 3900, 2900 Routers with ISDN, ATM, T1/E1, T3/E3, Enet, VOIP, Frame Relay Connections, MPLS, AVPN, EIGRP, and BGP. Design & Implementation of Cisco RF solutions including WISM, 5808, 7500 controllers, and all APs. Experienced with AirMagnet Survey and Analyzer Pro, An expert in all forms of nework & telcom cabling. In addition I have been a Service Manger, Project Manager, and Setup Help Desk and NOC departments. I have gone through almost every facet of the computer industry; Programming, Data Processing, Analyst, Technician, and Engineering.
