I have had extensive experience in project management; from completing the initial project designs, ROI, and budgets to directing multiple technicians and vendors to complete the project. As the lead engineer for Advance Auto Parts I created and staffed the companies first NOC, this included design, budgeting, choosing the NOC platform, and interviewing and recommending staff. As the service manager for Computerland I had a staff of 16 technicians, engineers, and an administrator; during this time I set the department budget, administered schedules and training, resolved conflict, conducted interviews, and hired all service department staff. My time in the US Navy is where I received my initial leadership training and skills, as an E-5 Petty Officer I lead a maintenance section of eight men.
