About me
With ten years experience of working in the call centre environment I have had the opportunity to work in both the operational and the support environments. This gives me a unique view and understanding of the needs and requirements of both areas. My experience has made me capable of overcoming issues by devising fast, effective solutions whilst considering the impact of PSAT, CSAT and budget needs. I would describe myself as hard working, dependable, dynamic and committed to success.
