Deepak has 14 years experience in Business intelligence and reporting as a developer, technical architect, business analyst (5 years) and project manager (7 yrs).

His career started with American Express Insurance BI and transactional applications in development & supporting that lead to architect and project management roles

In addition, he worked as a business analyst for card services to build a Balance Transfer application and for merchant services to implement Automated Direct Debit and Direct Amendment systems.

He moved to JP Morgan Chase in 2005 as a project manager/developer for HR technologies embedded in HR Service Delivery and was the Asia technology spoc when new global enterprise-level applications were being deployed: in-house ManagerConnect, Taleo JobConnect for recruitment and Watson Wyatt Ask AccessHR). He also worked in Business Objects and datawarehousing development and support.

In 2010 he moved to Warsaw, Poland and worked with Teradata (a global leader in analytic data platforms) and worked as a datawarehousing analyst for actuarial analysis datamarts.

In 2011 he moved to Lingaro (a fast rising Warsaw based consulting and services company) and worked as an analyst/Project manager for both traditional and AGILE projects for retail clients. Technology: Oracle, Informatica, Control-M, unix, Spotfire and APEX. Has received customer appreciation for delivering high-pressure projects with quality.

In 2013 he was appointed section manager leading two teams -- one a specialised B/W-HANA practice and the second an all-round ETL team dedicated to Supply Chain and Sales BI
