My experience has crossed the financial services industry from personal and business insurance to home inspection and real estate appraisal, on to retail banking and now business consulting. Current projects include helping businesses use social media and Internet marketing to grow long term customer relationships, and offering social media workshops to the unemployed or underemployed.
