Herman is a highly experienced service delivery engineer/project lead who has been working in divergent organizations, cultures and settings in service deliveries, advanced testing, Release and Deployment and project management.

He is educated in the Netherlands (1976 till 1980) technical College in analogue / digital technology and electronics engineering. Then invited into Philips academy and educated into international turnkey projects representative engineering and management, delivering financial ICT projects on Philips quality standards.

From 1991, Herman worked as freelance contractor, based in the Netherlands, offering professional services on ICT infrastructure and software projects, including software development life cycle projects within the public and private sector. With (ISO and ITSM) guidelines on ICT service management.

I addition has Herman excellent working knowledge in ICT troubleshooting and ICT Test & Quality management.
Herman is easy going person, who likes to share his knowledge with all stakeholders, the theoretical insight with his practical experiences.
