About me

Gaurav is a Customer Experience (CX) Professional & a Business Analyst for Telecom Sector. He's been in the Telecom industry for 10+ years now. Also play's a role of SME for Campaign Management Strategies and deployment along with developing good Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform.

As a Business Analyst, he has worked with Reliance Communications, IBM , AT&T ,Vodafone and MTNL. He has also played a Consultant role to Clarity International, Australia and Sri Lanka Telecom.
