My main driver is to help charities exceed their goals through appropriate use of technology, whether they be financial or outcome driven. Also, to identify technology initiatives that boost staff productivity in their frontline activities by delivering efficiency gains through improved systems and business processes, thus increasing staff morale and improving the organisation's effectiveness.
