The goal was to implement dynaTrace 6.2 on both acceptance and production environment on one of the insurance commercial labels. My role was Performance Orchestrator. I advised the project manager what to do, what to facilitate, where to do damage control if needed, how to keep the APM vendor competitors outside the door. The project started at the beginning of October. We did quite some stake holder management on all levels to get everybody aligned. Both environments contain around the 30 systems with all kind of technologies. Due to my visibility within the organisation, other departments and people find me to talk about how to help them out with performance related questions or other opportunities like performance testing, Business Service Management etc.
