Bob is a Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) MVP, and one of UNIFY Solutions' senior solutions architects on the Microsoft platform, having worked as a systems integrator for the last 20 years and in particular with Identity and Access Management (IAM) since early 2001. This has allowed Bob to complement his in-depth ILM 2007/FIM 2010 expertise with a wealth of other Microsoft BI technologies, including .Net development, SQL Server, and SharePoint.

As an experienced analyst and Microsoft Certified .Net Developer, Bob is also a key contributor to development of the UNIFY Identity Broker™ and Event Broker™ product suites, specifically with respect to connector development for the Microsoft Forefront Identity Management platform. Special interests include development of POC components and solutions on the MS FIM 2010 platform, including custom Roles Based Access (RBAC) design and integration of complementary Microsoft technologies (e.g. SSIS, SSRS) and 3rd party product suites built on the Microsoft platform (e.g. Optimal IdM's VIS and Omada).

Working predominantly in Government, specializing in the Education sector, Bob has been responsible for the architecture and implementation of a number of high profile IAM solutions for UNIFY clients on the Microsoft platform in both SA and on the eastern seaboard. Bob is passionate about applying his art, particularly locally, and continues to bring the know-how gained over 8 years of solid experience in this technology platform to a variety of consulting roles both in Australia and overseas.
