When I was 19, I worked in sales for a leading computer reseller in Silicon Valley. The job was pretty exciting and lucrative for a student at the outset of the personal computer industry, and I felt privileged to be working with all of the latest hardware, software and networking technologies. The job also provided me with a number of excellent technology sales training programs from vendors such as IBM, Microsoft and Apple.

While learning to blend technical knowledge and sales skills, I discovered my passion and aptitude for listening to people explain what they do and what they want, then envisioning and prescribing workable solutions from the available options. I credit this experience with my lasting ability to quickly understand technologies, map them to market needs, and articulate value.

As a product marketing executive, I've created and worked with a variety of Content Management System (CMS) software products. Along the way, I’ve learned that unless a company’s leadership provides wholehearted and ongoing support to the process, that company is unlikely to become highly effective at maintaining and consistently-communicating their most important information to customers.

My passion for envisioning solutions, marketing experience, and content expertise, has led me to establish SingularSource LLC. We advise business leaders on establishing processes that enable the timely and consistent communication of business-critical information.
