I currently work for an IT solutions company, providing all sizes of businesses with the latest technology.
Currently, I work on a 1st/2nd line helpdesk, providing IT support for a range of different technologies, including our own hosted Exchange, backup and web servers as well as customers' Local backup and exchange services, Office 365, Clustered virtual environments, network infrastructure and Avaya Telephony services
As part of the team, I am also responsible for proactively ensuring the maximum uptime possible, whether this is through proactive backup checks, 15 minute standard checks on server health and just about any other check imaginable!
