Answered a question: When evaluating Business Intelligence Tools, what aspect do you think is the most important to look for?
Not in order of importance:
1. Licensing cost
2. Scalability
3. User friendly (I mean also for non technical user)
4. Good support (remote and on site)
5. Use of well known components (DB, OS, etc.)
