Since I was a little boy I am creating ideas, things and thoughts. I tend to share them with people around me that are inspired by these ideas, things and thoughts.

I still believe that a great vision can only result in great products and services when the vision is „guided” into execution using the most valuable assets in live…PEOPLE!

I love to work for start-ups and for established companies as well, leveraging the existing culture at the fullest.

My pallet of works exists of:
- defining strategy scenarios;
- defining propositions for strategy scenarios;
- defining architectures
- realizing change in the organizations people, processes and products
- leading a project from beginning to a successful end

With a history in operational, tactical and strategic environments, I am able to define strategy, as well as bringing strategy to implementation/execution through projects or programs.

Typical roles are architect (TOGAF 9 certified), project manager, business analist, business developer (strategy to implementation) and management consultant (analysis of operating companies, markets and trends for facilitating business transition). But you can invite me for any activity regarding value-add topics.

Making the best out of any mission is my continuous goal.

Specialities: a background in different domains like the digital space in general, human capital management, facility mngt, insurance, entertainment & culture, education, mobile application portfolio development in general and mobile application marketing.
