I provide presales technical support giving technical presentations and demonstrations of our software products. I also respond to requests for information (RFP) and install and conduct formal proof of concepts (POC). I also assist in the professional services division by conduction formal customer training classes and performing consulting duties as requested. I am often required to build custom demo’s using VMWare and have just completed upgrading a demo system using TIBCO EMS/RV/BusinessWorks and IBM MQ FTE.
