Designed and implemented automated testing for a desktop application written in Delphi. Automated test installation testing of this application as part of a regression test suite including recovering from a reboot. This project resulted in a reduction of the manual testing time from three calendar months to about 5 calendar weeks with two testers. Implementing automated testing for this product has allowed us to reduce the feedback loop by finding defect earlier in the process.
