Joined Fingerprint as a Systems Engineer in Apr-2008, worked in implementations and enhancements in many ITSM projects specially related to performance management and service reporting for big customers in Gulf like Saudi Telecom, Aramco, SABIC, Alinama Bank, CMA and many others besides delivering many POC, presentations and trainings related to HP-Application lifecycle management, HP Load Runner ,HP Unified functional Testing and HP Performance Center and HP Application Lifecycle Intelligence, built many of non out-of-box systems integrations and customization in many projects especially in STC as a member of IT Data network monitoring team that helped in key IT services monitoring.
Before Joining Fingerprint, Mahmoud worked as Oracle developer in Information Systems Dept. of Egyptian Armed Forces (as a reserved officer) and worked as a part-time Oracle developer in a software house delivering medical applications using Oracle technology for 9 months.
Currently Mahmoud is developing in Information Management and Big Data.
