Born, raised and educated in the UK. I started my career with computers in my early teens, and have carved out a successful technology career over 30 years, in roles including; programming, consulting, sales, management and executive management.

With more than 15 years in executive management for specialist international software companies, I have experience building and leading effective teams for both strategic and tactical tasks. I have served on the board of various private software companies since moving to the USA in 1999, as well as serving on private and public education boards.

My passion is developing people, finding the right people and helping them achieve their own highest potential in their chosen, or the right, role within a team. The one overarching skill I believe I bring to any technology team is the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; management, users, and technologists. I am able to understand people, processes and business as well as how to select, develop and apply technology to drive the success and efficiency of each.

None of the above matters, if you cannot control costs effectively and develop profitable business, which I have done with great success in all management roles I have held.
