Enterprise Project Management Offices: Directed the establishment, evolution & operation of three Enterprise IT Project Management Offices. Performed tool evaluation, selection and implemented first generation processes supporting demand management, resource forecasting, financial forecasting, governance frameworks, methodologies (SDLC/Agile), quality standards, templates, intranet portals, enterprise metrics & PM training.
Project Execution & Delivery: Drove the delivery of technology projects impacting up to 160+ locations in technology domains such as application development/consolidation/upgrades (web, mobile, COTS, custom), system integrations, data/image conversions, data warehousing, reporting solutions, WAN and bandwidth upgrades, network redesigns, equipment refreshes, OS refreshes, VoIP deployments, call center solutions, data center migrations.
Vendor Management: Led vendor assessments, selections and partnered with Legal, Procurement and VMO to negotiate MSAs, PSAs, equipment purchases, maintenance agreements and fixed fee/time and materials SOWs. Managed change orders, vendor payment disputes and settlement activities.
Enterprise Financial & Resource Forecasting: Partnered with executive stakeholders and senior leaders to develop and manage annual budget and resource forecasts supporting organizations with budgets ranging between $30M-$100M and organizations between 200-450 resources.
Test Execution: Directed testing organization to implement new testing tools, establish testing standards, templates, resource forecasting methods and to execute system, regression, performance, non-functional & user acceptance testing. Directed automation efforts to achieve efficiency gains.
Operational Process Analysis & Redesign: Leveraged Lean/Six Sigma DAMIC methodology to lead the analysis and redesign of cross-organizational critical business processes supporting organizational consolidations and to realize multi-million dollar cost saving opportunities.
