Over the last 20 years, I've successfully managed service and technology transformation projects, improvement programmes and business changes that have delivered significant commercial and operational benefits, created new, lean service delivery capabilities, built teams across EMEA, managed Outsourcing and Offshoring programme delivery efforts and reduced in excess of £5M of operational costs across multiple clients.

Some of the key achievements are:
• 6 figure reduction in 3rd party spend
• Created professional services teams
• Improved SLA performance from 76% in 2011 to 99.01% for FY12/13
• Reduce supply chain and created PSL to further manage suppliers
• Overhauled service pricing strategy and rebuilt models
• Supported the increase of business revenues
• Implementation of SAP end to end business suite

These achievements have enabled the businesses to grow by providing a secure delivery foundation that the sales teams were able to take to the marketplace with confidence, and this has been reflected by increased revenues, reduced operating costs and better longer term client engagement with higher renewal rates (Indecs renewals increased from 36% to 97% within two years). The feedback from customers has been very positive, and the service delivery, logistics and repair/test functions became a showcase for Indecs sales managers and a fundamental part of the customer's decision making process.

My goal has always been to understand my customer, because only when this is possible can you deliver true value, and this is what drives me to succeed – for my company, my customer and myself.

I feel that using the experience gained in ITO engagements, delivering using on, near and offshore models, in an internal IT role will add significant value to the business as a whole, drive out cost and maximise efficiencies.
